We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Jewelry Sales Consultant. If you have strong customer service, retail, or sales experience and a passion for helping customers celebrate life's special moments, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and desires, providing personalized recommendations.
• Present merchandise with enthusiasm and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Demonstrate a positive and customer-centric approach to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Attention to detail with opening and closing responsibilities, including cleaning and organizing jewelry displays.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or jewelry preferred.
• Flexible availability for scheduling during our business hours; Tuesday-Friday, 9:30am – 4:30pm, and Saturdays 9:30am – 2:30pm, with occasional after-hour events and extended hours during holidays.
• Proficiency in computer usage and a willingness to learn new software.
